Alison Robinson

Dr. Alison Robinson, FRCEM, FACEM and recipient of the Luka Randic memorial medal, is an Emergency Medicine Specialist at Southern Adelaide Local Health Network (SALHN). With over a decade of experience in emergency medicine, Alison is dedicated to advancing simulation education and improving workplace wellbeing to support both staff and patients. She has contributed significantly to the field through her roles with the European Resus Council and as an examiner for the Royal College of Emergency Medicine. Alison currently serves as interim director of Staff Wellbeing at SALHN.
Her recent achievements include chairing SALHN’s Wellbeing Advisory Group, introducing Schwartz Rounds to South Australia, and completing the Chief Wellbeing Officer Course in San Francisco. Alison’s advocacy for workforce sustainability and excellence in leadership led to recognition at the 2023 SALHN Excellence Awards and the Australian College of Emergency Medicine Wellness Group Award. Her team’s Schwartz Rounds initiative also earned the SA Health Award for Excellence in Non-Clinical Services, further demonstrating her commitment to supporting teams and enhancing emergency medicine practices and staff wellbeing.
