Miss Anastasia Mutic is a pharmacology honours student at Monash University School of Clinical Sciences, working alongside Dr Simon Craig. With a focus on paediatric emergency medicine, her research explores differences in antipyretic use for febrile children across tertiary and non-tertiary emergency departments within Victoria. Anastasia’s work is particularly relevant to the conference theme, “Challenge Accepted: For A Better EM Future,” as it aims to improve clinical practices and outcomes for febrile children presenting to the emergency department. Her current project at Monash University reflects her commitment to enhancing paediatric emergency care and her passion for sharing knowledge with the community.
