Dr Eve Foreman MBBS FACEM is an Emergency Medicine Consultant at SCGH, and Co-Lead of the WA Network of Women in Emergency Medicine (NoWEM), She is a member of the ACEM Advancing Women in Emergency Executive, Public Health and Disaster Committee, WA Deputy Faculty Chair and WA Councilor for CAPP. Eve served as Co-Director of Emergency Medicine Training at Rockingham General Hospital (RGH) where she lead a Multidisciplinary team that received the Australian College of Emergency Medicine Inclusion and Diversity Award and a SMHS Clinical Excellence Award for their work in promoting Cultural Security and equitable access to Emergency Care. She is the founder and lead of the SCGH Emergency Department Diversity, Inclusion and Equity working group, EDDIE. Eve’s professional and research interests are in health equity, family and domestic violence (FDV) and policy, which she leverages in her role as a member of the WA DOH FDV Strategic Governance Group.
